 Shipping Rates

  • Standard Delivery (Est. Delivery 3-5 Business Days): FREE
  • Premium Delivery (Est. Delivery 2-3 Business Days): $15
  • Express Delivery (Est. Delivery 1-2 Business Days): $25
 

Standard Delivery

  • Pending availability and credit card verification, orders will arrive within 3-5 business days.
  • Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, US Territories and APO/FPO addresses require additional processing time.
 

Premium Delivery

  • Orders placed before 1PM (ET) will arrive within 2-3 business days pending availability and credit card verification.
  • Not available for items shipping to PO Boxes, U.S. Territories and APO/FPO addresses.
  • Not available for all items on site. Please see product details as shipping restrictions may apply.
 

Express Delivery

  • Orders placed before 1PM (ET) will arrive within 1-2 business days pending availability and credit card verification.

Manhattan Same-Day Delivery

  • Same-day delivery service in Manhattan: $25
  • Orders placed by 1 PM (ET) Monday-Saturday & by 11 AM (ET) on Sunday will be delivered the same day pending availability and credit card verification; orders placed after the cutoff time will be delivered the next day.
  • Same-day delivery hours are 6-9 PM (ET) Monday-Saturday & 4-7 PM (ET) on Sunday.
  • Available for select items in the New York store and for customers in most areas of Manhattan
  • Delivery is not available for zip codes 10032, 10033, 10034 and 10040

When shipping to a PO Box, APO/FPO or US Territory, packages are sent via US Postal Service Priority Mail. Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories and APO/FPO addresses additional processing time is required

Shipping Policy

Customer satisfaction is very important to us, and we understand delivery issues can occur. Please note that shipping dates provided at checkout are estimates and are subject to change. Shipping times will be determined after your order is processed, your payment method is validated, and at the time your order is shipped. Actual delivery dates are not guaranteed and are subject to factors beyond our control, including delays by the carrier or delivery company, supply chain issues, weather, traffic, and other factors.

Gift Card Shipping

Gift Cards can only be purchased or redeemed when shipping to an address within the US. We also offer E-gift cards that are delivered directly to your recipient's email account.

Sales Tax

Sales tax will not be charged on orders shipped within the US, Alaska, Delaware, Montana, New Hampshire, and Oregon.

No sales tax is charged on the purchase of a Gift Card.

How to Place an International Order

If you're shipping internationally - Once you add items to your cart, you can proceed to checkout. We will calculate and guarantee the lowest possible order total in your preferred currency, including any applicable duties and taxes, as determined by the destination's customs authority.

Gift Cards

Unfortunately, Gift Cards are not available for sale or redemption on international orders. All Gift Card or Virtual Gift Card purchases must go through the US shipping site.

At this time, expedited shipping will be the only option available for most countries with the exception of the following countries: Australia, Austria, Bahrain, Belgium, Bulgaria, Canada, Croatia, Czech Rep, Denmark, Egypt, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Hong Kong, Hungary, India, Indonesia, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Jordan, Kuwait, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Macau, Netherlands, Oman, Poland, Portugal, Qatar, Russia, Saudi Arabia, South Korea, Singapore, Slovakia, Solvenia, South Africa, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Taiwan, Turkey, United Arab Emirates, and United Kingdom.

The European Union will continue to have both postal (where available) and express options.

Shipping is currently unavailable in the following countries: Argentina, Guinea-Bissau, and Iraq.

Returns & Exchanges

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your international online purchase, please contact us at (833) 4-Miguard International long distance charges will apply to this call. You will also be sent a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) via email that must be printed and enclosed with your return. All returns require an RMA in order to be processed. If you choose to return an item for any reason and the item is presented in saleable condition, our partner BorderFree will provide you with a refund of the original merchandise price and any duties and taxes originally paid on the item, in the same currency and using the same exchange rate as your original order. Returns are eligible for a full refund if returned within 30 days. Full-priced merchandise, with the exception of furs, watches and jewelry presented after 30 days will be credited based on the current selling price. Returns of furs, watches, jewelry and sale merchandise will not be accepted more than 30 days after the original purchase. We cannot exchange, replace or credit gourmet, monogrammed or personalized items.

Duty & Tax

Duty, customs tariffs and VAT are set by the local government and determined based on a combination of the destination of origin or manufacturing of the goods being purchased, and the classification of that merchandise in accordance with a harmonized system adopted and used by the local government. The amount of applicable duty, tariffs and taxes will vary and will be determined and guaranteed by Shipbob (the company that partners with MiGuard LLC to handle online international shipping) during your checkout.

Q: How much duty and taxes are charged on international orders?

A: Returns are eligible for a full refund if returned within 30 days. For all returns, merchandise must be presented in saleable condition and established proof of purchase is required.

Once the supplement has been shipped from our fulfillment center, MiGuard LLC is not responsible for any customs restrictions, tariffs, or other regulations or delays that may apply at customs in any country. 

Also, once an order has shipped we can not change the address information and errors here could cause a delivery delay or rejection. If you have any questions, we encourage you to speak with your customs office, although we will ship your product to the address provided. 

If for any reason the package is seized by customs officials, we will not issue you a refund unless the product is returned to us in its original and untampered condition. The vast majority of orders make it through customs without any problems. You may be responsible for any return shipping charges in accordance with your local regulations.
